I tend to be between sizes (14/16), so after reading a previous review I opted to go for a 14. It is more than big enough - even feeling a little baggy (though it does not look it). I'm 5'5'' and it just hits the top of my thighs. The wool is soft and true to the colour of the picture. It is perhaps a little thin for a serious winter coat, so the fact I'll be able to fit a jumper or two underneath is probably a good thing.

Loved the coat, but the fit is horrible. sticks out really bad at the bottom, its not fitted at all at the bottom & made me look twice as big as i am! so because of this i had to send it back :(

Beautiful winter coat, the lining in the hood is lovely and soft, and the coat does have a zip aswell as the toggles which isnt mentioned/visable online. The colour is true to the picture I think and the coat also has burgundy lining to match. Only problem with this coat is that it does run big. After reading the previous review I went with my normal size in clothing rather then sizing up as I usually do for a coat and it is very roomy, so much so I can easily wrap the coat around to the sides of my waist when its undone. I like to wear lots of layers in the winter so this isnt much of a problem to me, but definitly go for a smaller size if you wear coats as a snug fit. Im a definite size 10 and went for a 10 which I assumed would be fine, but I could easily have gone for a size 8 and still had room in this as its not fitted at all. Also, if your short like me (5ft) then the coat is just long enough to cover your bum!

Beautiful style and good quality, but very big to size. I'd normally take a size 8-10 top so went for a size 10 to fit jumpers underneath, there is more than enough room to do this so I would recommend sizing down. Also the colour is lovely, but not at all as pictured - it's actually a plum purple.
